when your state is in a drought and the grass is brown and the crops are suffering
when you watch rain clouds go north and south of you and just pass you right by
and then when they finally come and it pours heavy drops and you just want to rejoice,
run in it.
your neighbors may look out their windows and think you're completely nuts,
but they won't know how exhilarating and fun it is ;)
