a lucky valentine's day

for my caribbean valentine's day, i saw two sea turtles smooching each other on the neck while spinning in circles.

i was leading a snorkel tour so i didn't have a camera handy but i desperately wished i did. it's rare to see the turtles interact with each other in the cove. so i think this just proves that turtles celebrate love day, too.

after work, i had lunch and beer in the sun with friends. then! amber and i fiiinally found a perfect new house on the north side and immediately put down a deposit (we are SO excited about it!).

we celebrated our luck by having fresh mahi dinner on sapphire beach and cold beers in redhook.

and then we maybe came home and devoured a whole bag of chocolate kisses together. because that's what single girls do to attract the fellas, right? #wrong #ohwell :)
